The working relationship

Your client relationship.
A shared delivery plan.

Your agency leads

  • Client strategy, business context and the campaign brief.
  • The client relationship and agreed channels for feedback.
  • Brand decisions and final client approvals.

Markerly coordinates

  • Creator sourcing, outreach and the agreed campaign scope.
  • Creator communication, content reviews and delivery tracking.
  • Campaign reporting for your team’s client conversations.

Before kickoff, we agree on who talks to the client, how the work is presented, who approves each stage, and who carries creator and media costs. Whether Markerly works behind your team or joins selected client conversations is part of that plan.

Before we get started

A few practical questions.

How does Markerly fit into our client relationship?

We start with your agency’s brief and agree on responsibilities with your team. Client contact, presentation branding and approvals are defined for the engagement, so everyone knows who is leading each conversation.

What should our first brief include?

Share the audience, campaign objective, markets, platforms, timing and a working budget range. Include known deliverables, approval requirements and intended content usage. If something is undecided, flag it so we can scope the work together.

How are content rights and measurement handled?

Identify intended channels, usage period and any paid amplification before creator agreements are finalized. We also agree on reporting sources, metric definitions and the measurement window. Content reuse and paid media need to be covered by the agreed scope and permissions.

What if we’re a brand rather than an agency?

We work directly with brands too. In a direct engagement, we align with your brand team on strategy, creator delivery and approvals. Explore campaign management or tell us what you’re planning.
